I arrived for my shift fela was sitting on toilet. Had handover from Teresa. I then went up to fela and took his supplements up gela had his supplements then he got undress and into the shower. I supported fela with his personal hygiene. I then signed for 10 to fela. I went up to fela abd prompted him out of the the shower fela got dry theb we completed his moring routine he completed his routine well and was downstairs ready for breakfast at 10.10am.
Fela sat down we said prayer and ate well. Fela then took his supplements. After fela went sat in his rocking chair listened to music and I did the board with fela. While fela relaxed I did some chores.
Fela then got his shoes in used the toielt and we left to go for a walk. Due to time and traffic e we decided to go to burslem Park instead of longton park, we arrived at burselm Park at 11.40an we walk the longer way around we did 2 laps and fela did very well we walked for about 30min. On way home we went got gas and electric.
On retuning home fela took his outdoor ware then relaxed listening to music. At 13.00 we sat down for lunch and fela ate neat and tidy. After lunch I washed dishes and fela dried them then helped to put them away he did this very well fela theb went sst in his rocking chair and listened to music. I did the board with fela he appeared happy with today activities.
Myself and fela then did colouring of letters fela did amazing with this then we did cutting out of teacch card and staff I’d then fela wanted to do more colouring so we coloured in couple more letters. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music.
At 15.30 fela sat at table became vocal unhappy while eating his snack this lasted for about a minute then fela ate his snack, once fela had finsihed his snack he went sat in his rocking chair and carried on listening to his music.
I cleaned and creamed fela keliods then sat with him while he listened to music.
