Came on shift with Brandy, Mercy gave handover , petty cash checked and signed. Said hello to Fela and went through the board which he agreed. Carla rang to give advice on activities for the day. Fela’s bag was packed. We all got ready, Fela used the toilet , bowels. Went in the car to Lidl, Fela was quite helpful, he used the toilet then after he had his snack and drink in the car. We then went to the butchers. On our return home Fela sat relaxing whilst we unpacked and lunch prepared. We then all sat, said prayer and ate. Fela had water and dessert. He refused doing the dishes although hung his apron up. Asked him if would like a nap, which he accepted. Slept after 2-3 minutes. Awoke after 30 mins. Did walk at home with Leslie for 15 mins. Had his snack and drink, chores were completed and dinner prepared. Dis foot physio. We all then sat , said prayer and ate , Fela had two water and his hot choc drink. He did dry all dishes and then relaxed with music. He refused gym ball and walk at home. Seemed very tired. Later used foot spa and had snack and drink. 8.30 I filled bath and then took Fela up and assisted. Dan went through night routine and in bed at 10pm. I then left.
