Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath at around 10pm he did his routine well and was in bed floors lights out for 10:25. Fela did not go sleep until 1:45 he then slept until 6am. He used the toilet and then got back into bed. I took his supplements and fruit up and then he got in the shower. He did his routine well but noisy. He came downstairs and had breakfast at 8:30 took his supplements and is now sitting on the sofa.
Fela is very slow processing today and extra fidgety
