Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with Mina. Fela was having his AM supplement. We took handover from MK. Petty cash singed by everyone. Mina accompanied Fela upstairs to help him dress while I did the daily routine chores. We received phone call from Carla.
Teacch board updated with Fela. He had his snacks and beef broth. Michael arrived to do some tasks. We got ready to go for gym and drove there. Fela did 1 hr gym exercise and after that he had his packed lunch in the car. Then we drove back home. He used the toilet, passed urine, and then went to the lounge where he was relaxing and listening to music.
Michael said goodbye to use. We did education at home (Makatons & Reading). Then he had his snacks, smoothie and supplements.
He did foot physio and handle exercise. BK came in, handover given to her and I said goodbye to Fela.
