Fela was out of bath at 9:50, I assisted him to dry himself. We then went to his room and went through the night routine, he was in bed by 10:05. I gave him some massage then i switched off the lights and left. I had changed the duvet since it felt a bit cold.
Fela slept at 10:35 all through till 4:00 where i prompted him to use the toilet. I went and checked his bed it was wet. I changed it and assisted Fela to change his pyjamas. He went back to bed and slept again at 5:45. I went to his room at 6:30and gently woke him up. I switched off the radio and opened the curtains fully. We then went downstairs where he had his supplements and then a shower.
He then had his breakfast then took his supplements. SS arrived early and started the chores. We went with Fela upstairs to finish the morning routine. Handover given to day staff.
