Fela got out the bath and did his routine well, he was in bed with lights out for 10:30 fela was quiet straight away, I heard fela at 1:20 he used the toilet and got back into bed, i didn’t hear fela until 7:40, I took his supplements up and then he got into the shower, he did his routine well and was downstairs for 9:10, he had breakfast and then supplements, on me leaving he was sitting in the sofa
