Fela got out the bath around 10pm he did his routine well and was in bed for 10:20, fela didn’t go to sleep till 1am and was awake at 4:30 he used the toilet and got back into bed he didn’t go back to sleep, I took his supplements up at 7:20 and he then did his routine, breakfast and supplements taken he is now listening to music
