Shift Report:
At 22:15 we were in his bedroom to get him ready for bed, evening routine was concluded with bedtime prayer at 22:28, he slept off at 22:37 and had a quick wake to pass urine at 00:04. He returned to bed, I went in to put the weighted blanket on him and he slept right away till 05:12 when he had another wake to pass urine, I went to position the weighted blanket well and he slept at 06:09 and I woke him up at 6:30. Morning routine done, breakfast given and gave handover to DW & MH
