Shift Report:
Fela was out of Bath at 9.40pm
Went upstairs and finished with his night routine.
He was in bed at 10.24pm and slept immediately.
He woke up at 3.08am,prompt to use toilet came back to bed and he didn’t sleep again.
Supplements,tea and apple were served.
I assisted him with shower and morning grooming.
He came downstairs for breakfast.
Marc and abi came for their shift,handed over.
