Assisted Fela from bath, dried and had sleep mix. Went to bedroom and went through the night routine. Used the toilet, bowel movement. In bed after some messing , said prayer, massage , music on low and left at 10.15pm . Asleep by 10.30pm. Awoke at 04.50, was wet , bed stripped and changed, Fela used the toilet and changed. Got back into bed 05.05. Seemed to sleep again by 05.15. Was awake at 06.15. Went into Fela and assisted to downstairs at 06.35. He had his waking supplements then got into the shower. After showering I assisted out and dried, put robe on. Fela sat, said prayer and ate. After had am supplements, brushed his teeth then we went up to his room and went through the morning routine. Came down at 08.00, Fela sat relaxing with music and a cup of tea.
