Started my shift with Marc.Fela was sitting in the Lange listening to music.Handover given by Mina,petty cash signed.Did some house chores ,Marc updated the board,social story shown to Fela.snack and a drink served and watched new breathe church.Marc prepared lunch.
Later on lunch served,said a prayer.Fela also had his dessert and a drink,he helped to dry dishes ,thereafter used the toilet,bowels opened.sat in a settee listing to music.mid evening snack served and a drink.I assisted him with his manicure.Brandy arrived for her shift,handover done and petty cash signed.Marc went to Indian grill for takeaway dinner.
Fela enjoyed his dinner and hot chocolate.Then went back to the lounge,he declined exercise with Leslie,said no.Had shoulder massage then we served him his evening drink and snack.Later on face trim then I prepared his bath,I asked him to go upstairs but kept on saying no.Gave him sometime to relax ,went back to him again but kept saying to be given 5 minutes.He finally accepted to go to bathroom,used the the toilet and asked me to wait outside.Marc arrived when I was leaving.
