Fela was out of bath, assisted to dry himself, went upstairs and evening routine was done, was in bed at 10.30pm, fell asleep at 11.00pm slept until 2.00am woke up used the toilet and went back to bed but didn’t sleep again. he remained awake until 6.45 when I went upstairs with a cup of tea, banana and supplements, he had his shower and morning routine done, brushed his teeth and came downstairs for breakfast, petty cash was signed and handover given to Ann and valentine.
