02/05/2024 – Day shift – kingsley osei

Shift Report:

WA & I arrived at Fela’s, EO handed over as Fela was done with his breakfast. The TEACCH board was updated and judgements had to be made as Fela was on Red alert and it was not wise for him to be in a crowd, we decided to go for neighbourhood walk after we were done with the cleaning duties in the house. We got Fela ready, he used the toilet and we went for an hour and 45 minutes of walk, he had his snack in between and we came home. He was wet from the sweat and had his clothes changed and then used the toilet, washed his hands and relaxed on his sofa. We went on to prepare lunch and we all ate together after saying a prayer. He took an hour nap, woke him up and prepared him for his appointment at Heels & Toes. It was a nice experience and also Cathy (the podiatrist) is a fun to be with as Fela enjoyed his examining of the feet. We returned back home with a smile on Fela’s face and MH & MC arrived at the house, handed over to MH and when leaving Fela was relaxed to music.
