After Fela had finished his bath, he brushed his teeth, and we went to his room to complete his evening routine.
Fela was in bed by 22:12. I gave him a massage, left his music playing at a low volume, and kept the fan running on a low setting before leaving the room. Fela fell asleep at 22:21.
He slept through the night until 01:10, when he woke independently. I prompted him to use the toilet and checked his bed, which was dry. Fela then returned to bed and fell back asleep immediately at 01:12.
Fela woke again at 04:41. He tossed and turned in bed and was very vocal, appearing unhappy. He used the toilet independently. I asked him if he was okay and whether he had a headache, and he said no. He then returned to his room and remained calm and quiet.
At 06:30, I went to Fela’s room, and we came downstairs. Fela had a glass of water and then took a shower. Breakfast was prepared and served later. Although Fela was vocal throughout the morning, he remained settled.
We then went upstairs to complete his morning routine. After getting ready for the day, Fela returned downstairs and relaxed in the lounge playing his tongue drum
