<span;>At 21 50 propmted fela out of bath he had his sleep tincture then got himself dry, fela used the yoet abd past urine. Fela then headed upstairs had creams applied and put not ware on fela then went into bathroom cleaned his teeth. Fela then used the toilets and urine. Fela then got into bed. We said prayer then said good night
I left music on low for fela .
Fela was in bed for 22.10pm fela was asleep for about 12am .
I then heard at 5.20 prompted him to the toielt last urine then got back in to bed. On checking the camera fela has been able since 4am .
Fela didn’t go back to sleep at 6.55 I took fela refreshments up to him I sat with fela while he had these. Fela then signed and asked for cornflakes I explained fela could have these after his shower. Fels then laid down and pulled cover up, I noticed fela was rubbing his finger a lot. I explained to fela if he was laying down we would need to sleep, so tuned light of and come downstairs.
I checked the camera and fela appears to off gone back to sleep at 7.20am
I then heard fela at 8.40am went up to him I then prompted fela into the shower at 8.50 am. I supported fela with his personal hygiene then signed 10 mintues to fela. I went back up to fela and prompted him out of the shower, zoe and Dan arrived for shift. Had handover .
