On arrival Fela was sitting at the dining table finishing his supplements we had handover from Marc. Once Fela had finished Julie assisted Fela to sit in his chair and updated the board with him. We then started some chores while Fela was relaxing. Fela then had his snack. After Fela had finished his snack and refreshments we did walk at home with jules the ABBA workout. Fela completed the full 30mins doing 3005 steps and was very good at copying the workout. Fela had worked up a good sweat and used the toilet to pass urine afterwards. Fela then sat on the sofa listening to music with a drink. Julie cooked and served lunch we all sat to say prayer, Fela ate well and was in a happy and smiley mood. We then sat to watch a movie – Fela chose Evan almighty. Fela was falling asleep during this so lay on sofa covered himself with a blanket and was silent. Fela woke at 16.00 having an hour rest he used the toilet and then returned to the sofa for his snack. On leaving Fela is happy relaxing on the sofa.
