Shift Report:

I came in for  mourning and evening shifts with Kingsley. When we arrived, Fela was upstairs and almost done with his morning routine. Dan handed over to us after the routine, and we all signed the petty cash. Fela appeared a bit vocal and unhappy at the time.

He then went to sit on his settee, relaxing and listening to music. We did Makaton (medical and body parts) and education at home, using a Matching Game: My Body Part.Fela participated well.He had his afternoon snack afterward and was offered both handle and foot physio. Dinner was  prepared, and Fela had his dinner and hot chocolate.  He wiped the dining table after eating. Fela requested a manicure, which was offered, he declined bounce on the gym. Fela was assisted to call Carla and afterward, he had his shave. A bath was prepared, and he was assisted with bathing. Fela was out of the bath by 9:50pm and Kingsley helped him dry . He had a glass of water and  brushed his teeth, and we went to his bedroom to complete his night routine. Fela was in bed by 10:20pm after which I left.
