I came on duty for both the day and evening shifts. Marc handed over to Dan and me, and we all signed the petty cash. The TEACCH board was updated, and Fela was informed that the drumming had been cancelled. Fela chose a walk at Tunstall Park. Dan did some baking while I attended to household chores. Fela had his lickings and his snack. Lunch was prepared and packed for him. He was seen dozing off so he was offered a 30 minute nap. Fela was vocally unhappy when he woke up and declined the walk. We offered an alternative (walk at home), which he also refused. He later had his lunch and dessert and spent some time watching movie ( charlotte’s web) which he seemed to enjoy. He had his afternoon snack afterwards.Kingsley arrived for the evening shift. We gave handover, and petty cash was signed. Fela joined us in the kitchen while dinner was being prepared. He then had his dinner and hot chocolate. After dinner, Fela was offered a back massage and had his evening snack. He was assisted to call to Mama and had his shave. His bath was prepared, and he was assisted with bathing.
