Fela got out the bath around 9:50 he dried himself and then went up stairs. We did his routine and while he was in the bathroom brushing his teeth he became agitated this lasted around 15 minutes. He got in bed and I left the music on low. Fela was asleep for around 11ish. He slept until 5an he used the toilet and then he remained awake I took his supplements up and then he did his routine and was downstairs for 8:20 he had breakfast and supplements and is now sitting on the sofa listening to music
