Shift Report:
Came for my evening shift, fela was watching a film, petty cash was signed and handover given, board was updated and chores were done as cooking continued, dinner was served at the table and sensory activities were done, got a phone call from carla and shave was given, bath was prepared and fela become very vocal , agitated and sweaty making it difficult to get into bath and therefore took alot of time to get into bath, got into bath and started splashing.
