Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with KO. Fela was settled in the lounge and listening the music. Say hello to Fela. Took handover from Mina. Fela was vocal and he become calm when we update the Teacch board with Fela. All the daily routines chores done by us. CC call us and gave some advise for Fela. We printed out the social story for the new house for Fela and go through it with Fela. Fela had his morning snacks and smoothie. Fela got agreed for the walk and visiting new house. We drove to Fela’s new house. Michael & Carla was already there waiting for us. Fela was happy to see his new house. It was raining so CC advice us to go back to home and give Fela choice for Gym or Walk. Fela refused for the exercise. He had his lunch, dessert and glass of water. We gave him nap on the advice of CC. He slept around 1hr. We awake him up he used the toilet and passed urine. He had his evening snacks and ice lolly. CC came in to drop petty cash. VE came in for his shift. Gave handover to him. Say good bye to Fela.
