I came in for day duty. Fela had completed his morning routine. Brandy gave handover, and we all signed petty cash. Carla called to check on how Fela was doing and offered advice for the day. The TEACCH board was updated, and Fela agreed to all the activities. We packed his snack and prepared lunch to take with us. Fela had his snack in the car, and we went shopping at Lidl. From there, we went to Burslem Park for a walk, after which he had his packed lunch. We then visited the butcher and, on the way back home, stopped at the petrol station to buy fuel. On returning home, we unpacked the shopping. Fela went to the lounge to relax and listen to music. The TEACCH board was updated again. He declined education at home. Later, Fela had his snack and had his foot physio. Esther arrived for evening duty, and I gave handover. We all signed petty cash. When I left, Fela was relaxing in the lounge and listening to music.
