On arrival Fela was eating his lunch at the dining table. I said hello to Fela and the team and had handover. After lunch fela went sat in his rocking chair to listen to music he used the toilet and returned back to the rocking chair.
We then did makaton learning lamb,chicken beef and popcorn. Once we had finished Fela then got up went to the toilet he then went to sit at the dining table to enjoy his snack. Afterwards he returned to his rocking chair. Zoe arrived and had handover.
Before dinner Fela recieved a facial trim. We all sat down at the dining table and said prayer. Fela ate well and was very happy. Once finished he returned to his rocking chair to choose a DVD, he chose ‘Charlotte’s Web’
At 19.27 Fela became very adjitated rocking backwards and forwards, guttural noises, clicking fingers and sweating.The gym ball was removed from his activities board. This lasted 30mins.
He then sat down for his snack and went to sit in his rocking chair and waited for a phone call from mama. While Fela was talking to Mama I prepared his bath so that it was ready. Fela said good night to Mama and went to the bathroom. Fela used the toilet. I completed Felas bath routine he did this very well. He is now splashing in the bath.
