I arrived for my shift and fela was up stairs in bed. I had handover from Teresa
I then went up to fela and said morning felq had finsihed his refreshment I prompted fela into his bathroom fela had been incontinent so stripped fela bed. Fela asked for 5. Once fela had finished on toilet he had large normal bowel movment he got into the shower, I supported fela with personal hygiene then signed 10 minutes to fela abd gave him 10 minutes
I went back up to fela and prompted him out of the shower fela got him self dry. Fela completed his routine well but at times was vocal unhappy. Once morning routine was completed fela was downstairs for 10.05am and got his apron while getting his apron on he became slightly agaited rocking in to the wall this lasted for about a minute, he then sat down and we said prayer fela ate his brekafast well. At 10.25am fela started taking his supplements.
Fela then relaxed listening to music,I signed 10 minutes to fela we then got our shoes on. Fela used the toielt and past urine. When fela was ready we left home abd headed to the Butcher’s then on to the run some errands. We then went to Tunstall Park. We walked for a bout 15 mintues fela had his snack then we continued to walk and walked for another 20 min so in total fela walked for 35 mintues.
We then returned to car and headed for home. On returning home fela took outdoor ware off then went used toielt past urine. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair listened to music.
At 13.20pm we sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy.
Dan arrived and gave handover.
After lunch fela went sat in his rocking
He then went to toielt past urine went back sstcin his rocking chair listened to music.
Myself, Dan and fela then did makaton we did lamb,chicken beef,popcorn fela then got up went to toielt.fela then sat at table for his snack.
Fela then went and sat in rocking abd listened to music.
