After Fela had his bath and dried himself, he took the sleepmix and went to his bedroom at 21:45 to continue with the evening routine. He wore his pyjamas and came to brush his teeth, used the toilet and we said his bedtime prayer. At 22:03 he was in bed and slept at 22:30 as his room was very quiet. Awake at 06:30, wet his bed when checked up on him, said hello to him and prompted him to use the toilet (pass urine). We came downstairs for shower, afterwards he wore his dressing gown and took his waking supplement and then his breakfast, morning supplement and tea followed suit. After these we went upstairs to continue with his morning routine and came downstairs to relax in the lounge. DW & MH arrived, handover given.
