Fela was out of the bath at 9:36pm and he had his sleep mix.
We went upstairs for his evening routine and his head massage.
He was in bed by 10:01pm and he was asleep by 11:50pm.
He woke up at 4:42am and was prompted to go to the loo. He came back and did not sleep again
I went upstairs at 6:30am to give him his supplements, tea and apple
He had his morning routine and we came downstairs for his breakfast . Kingsley and Marc came for day duty. Petty cash signed and I handed over to them.
When leaving Fela had finished his breakfast.
