Fela got out the bath around 21:45 he used the toilet then got himself dry. He did his routine well and used the toilet again before getting into bed. Fela was in bed by 22-15 fela didn’t go sleep until 1:20am and then woke at 3:50 used the toilet and got back into bed. He then slept until 6:45. I took his supplements up and he then did his routine well and came downstairs he had breakfast and got a little agitated but is now calm. Fela is just finishing his supplements
