Came for evening shift with Dan. Fela was writing at the dinning table. Ann and Paul handed over to us. We signed the petty cash. Fela bed linen changed and bed making done. We updated the TEACCH board. The door handles and the light switches were cleaned and disinfected and Dan assisted Fela to do his foot physio and handling. Fela also had his face trimmed and keloids cleaned by Dan.
We prepared dinner together and Dan sat with Fela to eat after prayers whilst I did the dish washing. Fela had his hot chocolate after dinner and went to sit on the settee listening to music.
Fela accepted to have a walk at home with Lucy. We exercise for ten minutes and he became agitated so we stopped. He then went to the washroom.
Fela was served with snack and sleep well tea. He became calm afterwards.
Prepared his bath and assisted him to bath. Petty cash signed
When leaving he was in the bathroom.
