Fela was in the bath when I arrived on shift.
Once gone he done his night routine well and was very happy.
Fela was in bed for 10pm and appears to have fallen asleep almost instantly.
Fela slept until 4.45 am, got up at 5.30 and used the toilet and then got back into bed and briefly fell back to sleep at 6.45am for an hour.
Fela then had his supplements, tea and fruit before getting up to use the toilet and getting into the shower.
Fela got out of the shower and done his morning routine well and has just finished his breakfast.
