Shift Report:
Fela was out of the bath at 21.30. had sleep mix and brushed his teeth. We then went to the bedroom to complete routine. Creams applied. Said prayer and head massage given in bed by 22.00. Was asleep by 23.20. Woke at 5am used the toilet. Was back asleep at 6.20. I Woke up Fela at 7am. Came downstairs had waking supplement and shower. Had breakfast and came upstairs to get ready for the day. Relaxed in lounge on leaving. Handover given.
