Came for my shift with Val.
We got handover from paul,
Fela was at the dinning awaiting to start his breakfast.
He was very vocal and sweaty.
He finished his breakfast,and took the gym ball sticker gave it to me,went and picked the balls,I didn’t have otherwise rather than doing the exercise with him for 15mints,after that his clothes were changed since they were soaked with sweat tiger bum was applied too,he then sat down and played with drum,
He had his morning snack and tea,
Nap was offered and he declined,
Lunch was served,
He agreed to have a nap after lunch(1hour)
Carla & Michael came to drop meat and some stuffs,
Fela woke up and had his chia fruits and tea,
He was abit calm.
Teach board was updated.
Dinner was served,after dinner fela sat on his settee,he did foot physio handle,footspa and keloids were wiped.
He had his snack and sleepwell tea,
He had a call from Carla,
He was assisted with his bath,
Time of my report fela was happily splashing.
