I arrived for my shift fela was upstairs, I went said morning to fela and he then completed his morning routine with Marc, fela then came down stoars for brekafast. Said prayer with Marc and ate his breakfast. Myself and Emma then had handover from Marc.
Marc left. Once fela had took his supplements he went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. I updated the board with fela. Myself and Emma then did some chores.
At 11am fela had his snack at the table shortly afterwards fela got his shoes on used toielt and past urine. We then headed to longton park. Had very pleasant walk around longton park we walked for about 30 min before retuing to the car. We then went to tesco to collect the shopping.
On returning home we took shopping in fela removed his outdoor ware and then Emma got fela changed while I sorted the shopping. Emma cleaned and creamed fela keliods. Fela went sat in his rocking chair while sorted lunch.
We then sat down for lunch. Fela said prayer and ate neat abd tidy after lunch fela went sat in his rocking chair, I updated the board with fela. Emma then cleaned fela keliods while I eas upstairs sorting his draws and wardrobes and tidying them up.
As I cam down fela requested a nap. We got room sleep ready he went to toilet past urine and had large normal bowl movment. He then lay down on the sofa and was baseline and closed his eyes . It was hard to tell if he is slept but was very quite
I wnet into fela just before half 4 abd he wad awake opened the curtains and fela had his snack.
Fela has been rubbing his middle finger a lot bit have almond oiled it, and also filed it bit he keeps rubbing it
