Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath around 10pm. He did his routine well and was in bed with lights out for 10:30pm he was suffering with his hay fever really bad and was very snotty so I left a hanky on his pillow for him to used during the night. Fela was asleep for 11pm and slept untill 8am. I went up with his supplements fruit and tea. Fela was really suffering this morning his eyes were swollen and snot was everywhere and he was coughing. Once fela had had all 3 he then got in the showers he is still in the shower in me writing my report
