When I arrived for my Day shift I found Fela on his seetee in a happy mood watching TV. He had already taken his breakfast and medication. I completed the chores while Dan did the cooking and baking. Fela had his snack then we set off for a walk at Burslem park with Dan driving us. Fela had a good time and greatly enjoyed the walk. We then went back to the house and Fela had his lunch. He then relaxed and enjoyed listening to music on the TV. When prompted he declined the day’s activities of foot physio. He was calm throughout the evening and enjoyed his snack. At the time of leaving he is was relaxed on his seetee. Handed over to Rob and Dan.
