I arrived for my shift at 8pm I said hello to fela who was listening to music. I then had handover from zoe fela then went sat at the table and had his snack. After fela had finsihed his snack he went sat in his rocking chair and had phone call of mama at 8.30pm. Once fela had finished on phone I proopnted him into the bathroom fela used the toielt abd past urine then got undressed. Fela got into the bath and I supported him with his personal hygiene. Fela then relaxed in the bath.
At 9.45pm i propmted fela out of bath he had his sleep tincture then got himself dry, fela used the toielt andpast urine. Fela then headed upstairs had creams applied and put nightware on fela then went into bathroom cleaned his teeth. Fela then used the toilets and past urine. Fela then got into bed. We said prayer then said good night
I left music on low for fela and left fan on low for fela as felt quite warm in fela room still.
Fela was in bed for 10pm seemed to be asleep on and off from 10.05 pm but fully asleep by 11ppm.
I didn’t hear fela all night until 5.15 I then prompted fela to the toilet. He past urine then got back into bed. On checking the cameras fela was asleep in and of from 5 30am
On checking camera fela appears to off slept through until 5.15am
I then heard fela just after 7am Ann I took his refreshment up to him abd sst with fela while he had these.
I prompted fela into the shower at 7 20am I supported fela with his personal hygiene then signed 10 mintues to fela. I went back up to fela and he completed his morning routine well but vocal
Fela was downstairs and sitting down for brekafast at 8.05 am we said prayer fela ate neat and tidy. After breakfast fela took his supplements once he had finished these I did the board with fela.
Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music and got his shoes on ready for micheal arrival.
Micheal arrived and I gave hand over
On wrting this report fela has just left with micheal to go to green pastures for the day.
