Shift Report:
On arrival Fela was relaxing listening to music. I had handover and said hi to Fela. Board updated. King cooked dinner. At dinner time Fela ate well and then returned to his sofa. After a while Fela agreed to bounce on his gym ball he did this for 30mins. He then recieved a facial trim and had his snack. King ran he bath and went through his routine.
