I arrived for my shift fela wad sat watching film with Emma and dan I went and said hello then had handover from Emma and dan.
Dan left. Fela relaxed watching film while I went and cooked dinner. We then sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After dinner fela had his hot chocolate. When he had finished this brought cup into the kitchen then went sst on the toielt. Fela had small bowel movment. Fels the went sat on the sofa and listned to music I went and did the board with fela.

At 8pm fela had his snack then spoke to mama on the phone.
Shortly after wards fela went into the bathroom. I completed a body. Fela then requested a shave so as he shaver is cordless I have fela as facial tim on his chin and lips as his keliods looked sore abd he flinched a little wheb near them.
I then used facial scrub around fela keliods and neck he seemed to enjoy this full of smiles. Supported fela with personal hygiene.
On wrting this report fela is happily splashing away in the bath.
