Fela got out the bath around 10pm he did his routine well and was in bed with lights out for 10:25. I didn’t hear fela all night, he woke at 6:30 and used the toilet, he then got back into bed and I took his supplements and tea up, he then got into the shower and did hood routine well downstairs for 8:10 breakfast and supplements had and then went and sat on the sofa listening to music
