After his bath I assisted to dry his back he then brushed teeth and passed urine before going to his bedroom. Routine completed after prayer he was left in bed at 22.25. He slept at 22.30. He woke at 4.30 used the toilet and returned to bed. Slept again at 6.15 and I woke him at 6.30. He came downstairs had a water and took his supplements. Afterwards Fela took alot of time messing with his pyjama shorts tying knots and untying when asked to take them off he said no. He eventually removed his pyjamas at 8.10 used the toilet before getting into the shower. After shower we sat for breakfast. Marc and Lauretta arrived, handover given.
