Came on shift with Kingsley , Emma t did the handover, I helped Kingsley with felas morning routine, we stripped felas bed I started preparing felas porridge which he requested , fela came down for breakfast at 10.30am, I put felas bedding in the washer and put washing in the dryer , we said a prayer at.the table and fela had his breakfast and supplements, after breakfast he sat on the sofa, I did felas teach bord with him , then fela played on the tong drums, later fela went for a neighbourhood walk for 20 minutes, fel came back home and took his outerwear clothes off and sat and had his snack, fela relaxed in his cheir until lunch time, I made fela some lunch and pudding, we sat down with fela to have lunch and fela enjoyed it after lunch I dried up and went out to clean the car, later fela had his afternoon snack, I did felas afternoon teach bord with him, I did a few more chores, Marc came on shift
