Arrived for my evening shift, handover given by both colleagues on shift. Fela was visiting the loo, I went in to wait for his return and updated the Teacch board with him. BK started to cook dinner as I did some therapeutic activity with Fela, it was new so I had to do it first he can observe and join the penguin shapes together. He had his evening supplement and then happily joined the table for dinner, had his hot chocolate drink and went to relax afterwards. He had his sensory activity (neck, back & head). He was served his evening snack and supplement, BK assisted him to ring and speak to mama after that he had facial trim and keloids cleaned. BK prepared and assisted with Fela’s bath routine.
