On arrival Fela was in the shower, we had handover from Julie. Julie then finished Felas morning routine and was downstairs for 9.45. Fela then had his breakfast and supplements while being vocal at the dining table, he then went to sit in his chair to listen to music. I then started some chores and packed Felas bags ready for swimming. Fela put on his shoes and outdoorwear on as he didn’t want the toilet. We then left to go to swimming. On arrival Fela had his snack as we had arrived a little early. While at swimming Fela did extremely well and was very happy. He trusted he to hold him from behind while he splashed and moved his legs in various directions and did the whole hour really well. He did pull down his shorts 2 times but immediately pulled them up when prompted. After swimming myself and Fela had a quick shower and seyed off. Jade assisted with dressing him while I got dressed. We then booked in for next week. We walked to the car and Fela had his lunch followed by a cake. We then drove home. On arrival back home Fela removed his shoes and outdoor wear then went to sit on the toilet, when finished he went to relax in his rocking chair. Later we did makaton together. Jade needed to leave to room due to her having her tics. I finished to makaton with Fela then went to check on Jade. I got her a drink of water and a blanket as she was feeling cold. I cleaned Felas keyloids and made his snack. Emma then arrived and had handover. Around 17.10 Fela took himself to the toilet once Fela was finished I did the board with him. After 10mins I returned and we did foot physio and handle together. At dinner time Fela ate well and had his hot chocolate afterwards. He then returned to his chair to relax at 18.30 emma put Fela a DVD on and cleaned his keyloids while I washed/dryed the dishes and wiped the sides. Fela then had his snack and got into the bath assisted by Emma.
