I Arrived at felas and had handover from Julie. Fela was in the shower I went up to check on fela, turned his shower of and gave him his towel. Julie then came up to assist feka with his morning routine. When fela came down he sat diwn for his breakfast and had his supplements I sat with fela. Once feka was finished I prompted him to take of his apron and to go sit in his chair. Fela asked me to sit with him. Fela relaxed in his chair listening to music, he was vocal. We got fela bag ready for swimming before fela got on his outwear and got in the car. Wd offered fels his snack but he didn’t want it. When we arrived at swimming I prompted fela to get ready while Dan went and got himself changed. Once finished we went into the swimming area. Fela did really well at swimming. After swimming fela got himself showered, dried and dressed before we booked next week’s session and headed back to the car. Fela sat In the car and had his snack and his lunch before we headed home. When we arrived at fela house fela went and relaxed to some music in his chair for a while before I went and did some makaton with him, I had to leave the room due to having tics. Fela then returned to relaxing to some music. Dan cleaned fela keloids and gave fela his snack. Emma then arrived and we had handover
