Arrived on shift t this morning with Mercy, had a handover from Dan and checked petty cash and all signed. We got everything ready for shopping then Fela used the toilet urine and we all went in the car to the butchers then Lidl. Fela did well around the shop, used the toilet, urine then when back in the car he had his snack and drink. We then went to Ford Green and went for a walk. Once back home, shopping was put away, lunch prepared and then Fela used toilet, bowels opened, then sat, set table we said prayer, then ate. After he had water and dessert and more water. Fela dried all dishes then sat relaxing with music. Did some repairs to toilets. Later we did makaton and 2 books were read to him which he enjoyed. Relaxed with music, had a snack and ice lolly. Mina arrived and handover given. Petty cash checked and signed. Dinner was prepared. Fela sat in kitchen observing staff cooking. Said bye to Fela and left.
