I arrived for my shift and went said hello to fela, he was relaxing listening to music. I went then had handover from Dan and marc.
Dan then left. I went nd did the board with fela. Marc started the dinner pre while i did foot physio. Once finished that i did the Tesco shopping list.
We then all sat down for dinner fela said prayer then ate neat and tidy. After dinner fela had his hot chocolate. once finished he went sat in his rocking chair board update. I then washed and dried and out the dishes way.
We then got ready to go for walk , fela then put his shoes on and past urine, we left for walk just after 7.35pm fela did very well on the walk but vocal. We walked for a good 45min. then returned home at 8.15pm. On returning home fela became agitated. Please see arousal state. Once calmed fela sat down for his snack and once finished he got agitated again ( please see arousal state) Fela then went in to the bath room and had a very large normal bowel movement( this could of possible been cause off agitation he needed toilet but wanted to finish his snack) he then got in to the bath, i supported fela with his personal hygiene.
On writing this report fela is happily splashing away in the bath.

on returing home after walk t 8.15pm fela became agaited rocking backward and forward, very vocal. Fela then took off his outdoor ware and went and sat down for his snack his agaitation lasted for a bout 5 mintutes.
As fela was finisheg his snack at 8.26pm fela started taping his head became very vocal, jumoping up and down on the chair, rocking side to side, so we gave fela space and obsereved from distance till fela calmed.
