Shift Report:
Fela came out of the bath by 10pm, I assisted with drying. Ince upstairs I went through his nighttime routine with creams. Once in bed Fela went to sleep by 12am. He awoke to use the toilet at 3.30 and got back to bed 3.45am remained awake till 5.50am although quiet. We heard Fela at approx 8.30am , I took supplements and fruit to him, then I did routine of getting into shower. Still In shower at time of report.
