On arrival Fela was relaxed in the lounge listening to music. We had a handover from Marc and signed the petty cash. I then went to say hello to Fela and asked me to go afterwards I returned after 5 mins and updated his board he agreed to go to Aquafit. Chores were then started, bags packed and packed lunch made. Fela had his snack and relaxed listening to music until it was time to leave. We got ready Fela used the toilet and took some time doing a large bowel movement. Afterwards he put on his shoes and we drove to Jubilee 2. We arrived late due to Fela using the toilet for a long period of time. We completed the rest of the session (30mins) Fela did well throughout. We then had lunch in the car. On the way home we went to get the Tesco click and collect. Once home Fela removed his shoes and sat on sofa choosing some music to listen to. Board updated. Mina went upstairs with Carla to do a debrief. We then did makaton together. Afterwards he was served with his snack and later started foot physio and handle. Brandy arrived handover given.
