On arrival of my shift I received handover from Dan. The petty cash was then counted and signed. I went and said hi to Fela. I wanted to update the board but he asked for five.
A bit later the board was updated and Mina went through it with him.
After, he had his supplements and we had dinner together. Fela then assisted in drying the dishes. He then went back to the lounge, he was unsettled for a while so we gave him space. He declined walk at home. He was offered his shoulder massage and then had a shave. After he had his snack his bath was prepared and we went upstairs. Fela was out of bath at 9:40. I helped him dry himself and he then had his glass of water. We went to his room and he was assisted to get ready for bed. He was in bed at 10: 05, Mina then left.
