Arrived for a long day shift , Fela was seated having breakfast said hi to staffs present. I took over from night staff with Shahab and Dan and signed on petty cash counted.Micheal came and handed over slippers and keys to me .Once he finished his breakfast , we went upstairs and I helped to complete his morning routine then , we came down to the lounge. Morning chores were done after TEACCH board was updated and Fela said yes to it . Fela declined drive and walk , he sat at the lounge listening to music . Dan applied tiger balm. He was later offered walk at home but declined also. Later, Fela had his snack (beef broth ). I prepared lunch supervised by Dan . Lunch was served but he was slow in eating. After lunch,he came back to the lounge and was offered a nap but he refused. We later watch dvd ( Sing 2) which he chose. I made his snack supervised by Shahab ,served his snack pm medication and he had his snack .Kingsley arrived took handover from Dan and continued the shift with myself and Shahab , I updated the TEACCH Board .Dinner was prepared and I served his supplements. We all had dinner together. After dinner, he dried dishes and came to the lounge for his sensory activity, shoulder and head massage , I did the head massage while Kingsley was there . Later, he had his snack and his shave. He took his final supplements and had his bath. He showed no signs of cold occasional coughing .
