Assisted Fela from the bath, dried his back and Fela did rest. After some messing and threading we went upstairs and went through the night routine, again after some messing Fela brushed his teeth then got into bed. Head massage, prayer and music on low. Left at 22.00. Asleep by 22.15. Woke at 05.00, used the toilet , I checked bed, all dry. Got back into bed by 05.15. Settled and asleep by 06.10. Went up with supplements, tea and fruit at 07.15. After went to have shower, I assisted Fela from the shower after 10-15 minutes of threading in the shower. Happy vocal whilst in the shower. Dressed, did morning routine , down for breakfast 08.20, messed and threaded until sitting at 08.30. Said prayer ,Had supplements , juice and breakfast. Sat on sofa after with his tea.
